Keen Mustard Ventures was started in Bangalore in 2022, with one belief: India is ready for restaurant brands that are run with the discipline of a serious business and the soul of a single, well-loved place. Anirudh Kheny started Keen Mustard Ventures in 2022, after six years at KPMG and a Master’s in Electronics. The finance background is not a footnote. It is the reason every Keen Mustard brand is designed with the kind of unit economics most restaurants only think about after the third bad month. The creative instinct is not a footnote either. It is the reason none of our brands look or sound like each other, even though they share a kitchen DNA.
