Anirudh Kheny started Keen Mustard Ventures in 2022, after six years at KPMG and a Master’s in Electronics. The finance background is not a footnote. It is the reason every Keen Mustard brand is designed with the kind of unit economics most restaurants only think about after the third bad month. The creative instinct is not a footnote either. It is the reason none of our brands look or sound like each other, even though they share a kitchen DNA.

Neeti is the creative and brand instinct of Keen Mustard Ventures. An IIM Ahmedabad graduate and a working ceramicist, she shapes how each KMV restaurant looks, reads and feels: from interior direction to brand identity to the small details guests rarely notice but always remember. Her ceramics practice runs alongside the restaurants under @neetigoclay.

Atul has spent eighteen years inside Indian restaurants, eight of them at the Olive Group running Olive Bar & Kitchen, Olive Bistro, Monkey Bar, Fatty Bao and Like That Only. At KMV, he is the operator on the floor: location strategy, menu, bar, R&D, and the day-to-day that turns a concept into a restaurant guests actually return to.
